Personality Development Workshop at E-Complex Technical Institute

E-Complex Technical Institute recently held a successful Personality Development Workshop featuring insightful sessions led by esteemed mentors. The workshop aimed at empowering attendees with essential skills, including communication, confidence building, and effective presentation techniques.

The event began with Ch. Hammad Kahloon, Principal of E-Complex Technical Institute, who welcomed all attendees and set the tone with his motivating speech on the importance of personal development in today’s world. He emphasized how acquiring soft skills is essential for achieving both personal and professional goals.

Syed Kumail Shah, a renowned entrepreneur and motivational speaker, inspired participants with his session on Effective Communication and Self-Expression. His talk emphasized the importance of making a strong first impression, the art of storytelling, and how to stay motivated despite challenges.

Miss Annie Majeed, an expert in IELTS training, delivered an interactive session focusing on Smart Listening and Confidence Building. She shared valuable tips for improving listening skills, staying composed, and communicating with clarity, all of which are crucial for academic and career success.

Towards the end, Zahid Iqbal Bhutta, Administrator of E-Complex Technical Institute, expressed heartfelt gratitude to all speakers and participants. He appreciated their dedication to personal growth and learning and recognized the value they brought to the workshop.

The event concluded with a token of appreciation for each mentor. Sir Nauman Kolachi, E-Complex’s video editing expert, presented an Ajrak (a traditional Sindhi shawl) to Syed Kumail Shah in recognition of his inspiring contributions. Sir Ghulamullah, an expert in Microsoft Office, honored Ch. Hammad Kahloon with an Ajrak, symbolizing respect and cultural pride. Miss Zara Hayat also presented an Ajrak to Miss Annie Majeed, acknowledging her efforts in empowering students with language skills.

Certificates of Appreciation were awarded to all speakers, acknowledging their contribution to making this workshop a memorable and impactful event.
